Spiced Nuts and Seeds

Cooking Time: 20 minutes

You can buy these pre-packaged but will not find the ingredients in this recipe. It is very quick to make & a good, nutritional snack for when you are needing something as an in-between meal?

This is sure to please and cannot wait to taste . . .

Ingredients:

1 cup almonds
1 cup cashews
1 cup macadamias
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 sunflower seeds
2 tbs pure maple syrup
1 tbs olive oil
1 tsp finely chopped rosemary
1/2 tsp ea smoked paprika (ground cumin & ground coriander)

Preparation:

Step 1:
*  preheat oven to 180oC
*  line a large baking tray with baking paper

Step 2:
*  place all ingredients into a large bowl and stir well to coat
*  spread over tray, baking for 15-20 minutes or until golden-dark brown

Step 3:
*  remove from oven, setting aside to cool, occasionally stirring/mixing
*  once cool, store in an airtight container for up to 1 month (or less, if you cannot resist)
